ADAM 🙌, 4th Place in P5 Boys 60m Hurdles in NSG 2025, training in SAGA since he was P1 in December 2021 (with those social distancing measures and restrictions during the COVID period). That is about 4 years of consistent training in SAGA! That’s obviously pure hard work developing the talent, despite his height disadvantages!

KAEDEN 🥇, Our Champion, the Gold Medalist from SAGA, in P5 Boys High Jump NSG 2025, training hard in silence consistently through SAGA Personal Training (3 to 1), and his success becomes the noise! 🤫 💪 He secured the Gold Medal with his “Gold-Medal Jump” to clear the height of 1.28m! ✨🙌
DECLAN 🥈, training hard in SAGA Personal Training (3 to 1) and Group Training, won Silver Medal in P5 Boys High Jump NSG 2025. Declan bounced back!
ZHI HAO 🏅, 4th Place in High Jump P5 Boys NSG 2025.

Lukesh, in SAGA since July 2023, has been training consistently not only in our SAGA group training, but also our SAGA Personal Training (3 to 1) with our SAGA head coach, Coach Rustan. This year, He won total 4 Gold Medals 🥇 🥇 🥇 🥇 in SA Age Group Championships 2025 + 3 Gold Medals 🥇 🥇 🥇 in SMTFA International Masters Track and Field Championships 2025 + this current 1 Silver Medal 🥈 in Primary Track and Field NSG 2025 among ALL local primary schools in Singapore.
Nolan, this year, won total 1 Gold Medal and 1 Silver Medal in SA Age Group Championships 2025 + 2 Gold Medals and 1 Silver Medal in SMTFA International Masters Track and Field Championships 2025.

Athletics Coaching Singapore | Track and Field Running Class Singapore
SAGA Athletics has been trusted by many parents in Singapore for many years. In fact, we have produced lots of athletics/track and field medalists in Government Schools. Such as Temasek Primary School, Sembawang Primary School, and also in Private Training.
Especially our track and field training “Running Class” in Bedok Stadium has been active for many years with proven results even until now!
We also have some of the athletes who started with very poor techniques or fitness levels, yet after we trained them for a period of time, they achieved success through track and field competitions. In fact, Track and Field is the mother of all sports consisting of “Run”, “Jump” and “Throw”, which mostly cover all the fundamental movements and fitness components of all sports. Those fundamental movements and fitness components are undeniably critical to stay fit, healthy and smart in our daily lives too! That is why the first sport in Olympics is also Track and Field aka Athletics. SAGA Running Class has them all, Speed, Strength, Endurance, Flexibility, Running, Jumping, Throwing, Motor skills through various technical events of track and field such as Hurdles, Long Jump, Shot Put and so on.
We teach not only Running, but also various events of Track and Field
Our immediate goals are to correct the basic errors committed by athletes and improve their coordination and motor skills through various drills and events of Athletics when they are still in the formative years. Because it has been shown that habits formed during the earlier years would be very difficult to shake off later. Through the Mother of All Sports (Track and Field), we also help them do better in other sports for their future. Simultaneously, our long-term goals are to identify potential champions and groom them to their maximal limits. We also strive to provide an enjoyable training and interactive platform for every athlete, regardless of performance level and potential. Our coaches are ‘performing coaches’. This means that they are aptly able to demonstrate the right techniques to the group of athletes. This is important, because having a non-performing coach would entail to the athletes in question to be confused about the right methods to achieve maximum performance in Track and Field Championships.
Some of our champions have even gone for the national track and field team. They were already champions before that!
We believe that each athlete has his/her own strengths that need to be nurtured in the right ways since they are young. Therefore, we often customize our training based on our observation and analysis on the athletes. Besides, we plan and divide them well into different groups of athletics events and levels of skills for each session, so that we can produce the best results for their future!
Winning medals means proving their competence, therefore, our medalists from primary schools have better chances to be admitted to the best secondary schools in Singapore!
We believe that medals speak louder than words. Our confidence and motivation come from all the medalists/results we have produced among our primary school athletes, secondary school athletes and master athletes.
Our Students ENJOY SAGA Training even during Weekends & Public Holidays!
Our private training in Bedok Stadium will always go on despite raining, stadium closed or even public holidays. If it rains, we will train under the shelter in the stadium. If the stadium is closed, we will train outside around the stadium.
Our SAGA coaches are passionate, who train athletes and kids during weekends and usually even public holidays. Training will still be available during public holidays.
If there is any cancellation of a training session which is usually due to severe haze or pandemic, we will inform you accordingly in advance.
Otherwise, our SAGA private training in Bedok Stadium will still go on as usual.
SAGA Private Training, also known as “Running Class” in Bedok Stadium
Our private training, aka “running class” in Bedok Stadium has been active for so many years. Most of our clients join us through word of mouth due to our SAGA training quality and results.
In the 5-12 age range, before they reach the teenage phase, it’s the best period for them to start training in our running class to maximize their future potentials and make sure that they start to stay focused towards the right directions at the young age. Of course, the younger they start training in SAGA, the more solid their foundation and mindsets can be in their future endeavours!
It’s Important to Know that:
When your kids are in the formative years, professional coaches play pivotal roles in supporting their character development, forging or calibrating their positive mindsets with values, such as confidence, determination, concentration, respect, discipline and teamwork through Athletics (as the mother of all sports), allowing them to keep learning as much as they can, and eventually excel in pursuing their individual passion.
Most of our kids are studying in Local Schools as well as International Schools, such as GIIS (Global Indian International School), NPS International School, so on. If you are the parents who want the BEST for your kids, we will welcome your kids to join our private training in Bedok Stadium.
