Coach Lance of SAGA Athletics
Coach Lance (Law Hong Fa) of SAGA ATHLETICSÂ is an IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations) Certified Athletics Coach, and also an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer.

Coach Lance
Coach Lance has been coaching in Temasek Primary School, Sembawang Primary School, and in SAGA Athletics Training in Bedok Stadium. Furthermore, he also trained clients for fitness and strength in gyms. He is also an active athlete competing in Shot Put in order to strengthen the spirits for Track and Field in Singapore.
He believes that through the Mother Of All Sports, Athletics, there is much more that can be done to empower young athletes and talents with the right mindsets and values.
